Dean looks over the girl and sighs. He was still mentally reminding himself his brother was fine but he honestly didn’t have a clue. They had no way to connect each other and it was too dangerous to just go looking. There could be anything out there on his way to Sam and he didn’t ever know where to start looking. All he was doing was mentally telling himself his little brother was fine, fending for himself or with someone though he was clueless about his safety. He could be dead for all Dean was aware of.✘♪🎧♫✘
The brunette looks at the blonde girl and shrugs, “Well we’re gonna get us some better food and a good rest for once.” He says that almost like a promise then lets out a soft sigh and rubs his neck. Really he didn’t know what he was doing but him and this girl could be the only ones left alive, he didn’t wanna just leave her suffering through this alone.✘♪🎧♫✘
After helping her up he hands her a decent sized knife. “Then that’ll work for you and remember, dodging is your friend. The best way to help ourselves is sticking together. We insomnia will kill our focus and bad food isn’t gonna help much either. I saw a small shop a bit ways back we can relax there for a bit. There’s a bed in the back room there and the food’s still as fresh as it gets.”✘♪🎧♫✘
“Yeah, hope that’s not a problem.” Dean confirms as he keeps walking out of the building and readies his gun in case they run into anything as they head to the little shop. “Alright, I’m Dean. I’m sorry you don’t know me well but.. you need to trust me and it’ll save both our asses in the end.”
Sparks was still a bit on edge with this man who had cornered her
with a gun. Though as this man spoke, he seemed a lot different than
who he had been only moments ago. They were apparently pairing up,
and she was to intimidated by his jawline to even attempt to protest.
So she silently nodded to the plan and her dirty curls bounced as she did so.
Sparks eyes widened a bit when she him put the large knife in her direction.
For a split second thinking he was going to threaten her with it but soon
realized it was an offer. She took it gladly, examining it as he spoke.
“Sounds like a plan.” The blonde looked up at him again as he introduced
himself. “Nice to meet you Dean, and at this point neither of us know each
other well… But we could change that."
Her eyes drifted back to her knife, as she put it in between the waistband of her jeans and her grimy skin. "If you want.” She stated blankly. She’d rather get to
know someone if they were going to spend (hopefully) a long time together.
Even if he dies It’s better to know him. Even if it hurts.
