When Angel saw the blonde turn around and start to walk back towards her she thanked her dark stars as she tried to gain her breath back. She normally wanted to be alone but there was something about all of this that left her very unsettled. She heard words asking if she was alright and she nodded while she brushed her hair back out of her face. “Yeah, yeah I’m fine.” She replied and glanced over Sparks to see if there were any visible wounds. Bullet wounds and things like that she could heal given the supplies but walker bites, that was another story.
“I’m sorry to startle you, I just….I just didn’t know where to go. What to do. I’ve been on my own before but not while people were actively hunting me ya know.” She said taking in another breath and looking back at the prison. It was gone and it was because two men couldn’t decide on who had the bigger dick in the end. Apparently neither since they both clearly lost.
“I know that we barely know each other and if you have others in the group you’d like to find I’m okay with it. But would you mind if I tagged along?” It was the first time that she had openly asked anybody for company, help or anything of the like since this started. She’d gotten so used to relying on her voodoo powers out there on her own that now standing there without any supplies and low on energy she was helpless almost. It made her wonder why she’d chosen the dark side of magic instead of good when she could really use that more right now.
Standing there she just hoped that she hadn’t said anything in the past to upset the blonde now since she was going to depend on her to get through this.
Sparks breathed a sigh of relief knowing that Angel was fine. At the very least Sparks now had someone to run with. At least she wasn’t entirely alone. The blonde nodded as she mildly rambled, Sparks wished she had more of a solution. She wished she had a thought out plan or had prepared for this situation. Honestly though, she’d just been lazy. Being here she’s mistaken that she was any type of safe. She’s wishfully hoped this was her finally place.
The blonde nodded. “Currently I’m alone, and yes I’d like to find the bus that Maggie and others were on but we might not find it."
We might never find anyone.
Sparks didn’t want to think too negatively, but her head wasn’t exactly in the clouds right now.
"Of course you can tag along, It doesn’t matter if we’ve never talked, we’re both from the prison and that’s enough.”
Sparks smiled lightly at her, before grabbing her gun.
“We might as well head out, I’ve got no food, and just a box of bullets”
The blonde switched it to safety.
“Do you have any weapons?” The blonde was now in front of her and motioning her to move forward as they’d both been doing.
