. “There are a few empty places in my building. I can take you by there if you wanna take your pick.” Truthfully, there were vacancies in other buildings as well; but Brian didn’t see the harm in a little white lie. He liked the idea of having her live close to him, if only to just keep an eye on her until eventually she realized what kind of man he REALLY was.
. Brian extends a hand to point at a brick building just a block away. “One of my guys will take care of giving you a job. Just don’t let any of them push you around, eh? You tell me if they get handsy.”
. Brian gestures at an auto garage that had been recently repurposed to clean and collect weapons. “You’ll probably be thrown in there.”
“That sounds perfect actually.” At this point Phillip was the only person she knew now in this entire town, and it’d be nice to be close to a familiar face, least to mention whatever his role be to everyone else. It’d be good to keep close to someone high up in this community. She still needed to discover how high though.
Sparks appreciates his comment. Aware that at time she can seem defenseless but she’s been protecting herself for a long time. “Don’t worry. I’ve been fighting flesh eating monsters for a long time, I can handle it.” She commented playfully, “But thank you Phillip, I’ll let you know if anything is awry. ” Her eyes followed his motions to the garage, unsure of what they place contained. “What tasks are done over there?” the intrigued blonde couldn’t contain her excitement at the idea of the chance to learn something new. To earn her place and earn her keep. Sparks wanted to pinch herself, sure that she was dreaming. “I can be very helpful in many ways to help the town by the way. Help with watch, go on runs. Whatever is needed. I’m excited to learn my place here.”
